Rental Fees for 2025
Event day insurance is required for rental
Booking Information
Friday-Sunday is a 2 day rental (the day prior to your wedding and day of your wedding) so that you have the entire day before for decorating, set up, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
We also have corporate meetings, retreats, family reunions, parties, dances, anniversaries, celebration of life events plus others. Contact us for pricing.
Discounts
10% discount for bride or groom in the military, as well as for police officers and full-time firefighters.
Payment Information
We accept check, cash, Venmo, PayPal, and square. Please note that a 3.5% processing fee will be added to square or apps that charge us a fee.
$1,000 non-refundable down payment to reserve the date. This will be deducted from your balance due.
A $500 damage/security deposit is required one week before the wedding in addition to contract price. The damage/security deposit will be returned as long as there is no damage, missing items, broken items, all rules are followed and clean up is appropriate.**this is for all contracts-weddings and parties/meetings
